5/15/18 Day 296 AT Day 56: Sleep for long amounts of time


Miles: 1? Steps: 1,889 Elevation Gain: 0 Sometimes you really just need to listen to your body! Mine said sleep, so that’s what I did. I slept almost the entire day, woke up and ate some food, then went back to sleep. It felt amazing to rest!
